To be Snazzy or Not?

To have a snazzy business card or just a text business card ? That is the question.

Business cards have been a staple in the business world since the 17th century. They are one of the most basic elements of a business's communications and marketing kit. A business card not only provides necessary contact information but also serves as a reminder to past acquaintances. It gives potential customers a point of reference at the company.

Do certain graphics, words and logos on a business card really make a difference?

You do not want to put everything under the sun on your business card because people will not want to read it. So most business cards need the basic information of: the business's name, personal name, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address. The stuff that lets someone contact you.

After you put the basic required information on your business card, you might ask yourself if you put your business card in a pile, what will make it stand out from the others in the pile. This is where graphics can make the difference.

Using a photo, a logo, and some color on your card, can be the thing that makes your card standout in a pile of business cards.
